Here's my being honest

I went to bethel last sunday, and the worship was pretty awesome.

But when it came to the message, i have to say that.. well it just wasn't all the biblical. He was talking about how we'll be tested, but after we will gain blessings, which i agree with, but it doesn't always mean that it will be physical blessings. He said our reward is life on earth here, and i think our reward is our life in heaven.

Other things bothered me slightly, when he was talking about Paul, he accidentally (I'm hoping) referred to him as Jesus twice, and also when he did say turn to a certain verse, he either paraphrased it, or read from a different text because the verse i was looking at wasn't what he said. I do not disagree that bethel is a great church and that God uses them a lot. i mean just look at the charismatic gifts that they use and the blessings with healings, but I have to say i'm a bit weary of a few things, and it might just be that i misunderstood. I was going to go again this sunday and see if maybe I was just twigging out.

Also, these next two days are basically going to be really bad. I love it when teachers give you lots of tests all on the same days.... not.

In other news, this weekend should be amazing, complete with rain and storms and hot chocolate and an edgar, and super fun saturdays! :D
